Martin Olivier is a licensed architect who has recently moved to Baltimore from Detroit, MI. Since earning his Master of Architecture from Louisiana State University in 2013, he has worked on a wide variety of project types including large- and small-scale residential developments, office buildouts, industrial facilities, to name a few. He has worked extensively on both new construction and adaptive reuse of historic structures. He has a passion for revitalizing historic environments to help them serve the needs of contemporary users. He approaches each architectural project with the goals of maximizing the well-being of users, creating sustainable places that will be valued for years to come, while helping clients achieve their goals. We are pleased to have Martin on board, and look forward to a prosperous future with him. Welcome!
