Master Plan

UMPC PINNACLE HEALTH HANOVER HOSPITAL | UMPC PINNACLE HEALTH HANOVER HOSPITAL | HANOVER, PA

Marshall Craft Associates completed and implemented the $89 million Master Plan for Hanover Hospital. The hospital was originally constructed in 1926 and required a creative approach to achieve the primary strategic goals and desired vision, which included the expansion/replacement of numerous key departments. MCA prioritized the needs and developed a cost-effective design and phasing strategy to allow the hospital to accomplish their goals as funds became available.

MCA thoroughly explored a number of options to allow the required addition to fit efficiently on the site and maintain necessary adjacencies. This work included helping Hanover Hospital to evaluate three possible locations for the addition as well as multiple department configurations to best fit their program, budget, and strategic plan.
