A Vice President and Treasurer, Jasmine runs the corporation’s finance department where she is responsible for the execution of the firm’s financial and accounting functions. These responsibilities are wide and include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, billing and financial reporting, among many other responsibilities. She also oversees MCA’s comprehensive employee benefits program, from insurance through retirement benefits. Prior to serving in her current role, Jasmine gained years of experience in Human Resources, Marketing, and Construction Administration, and Accounts Payable.
Jasmine’s dedicated and exacting approach to her role at MCA is evident in the accurate outcomes she achieves on multiple complex tasks while working under deadlines. She is recognized for her work ethic, reliability, ability to learn quickly, willingness to assume responsibility, and ability to overcome challenges. As she completes her Masters of Business Administration degree at the University of Maryland, Jasmine continues to pursue professional development opportunities that align with the growing needs of her role at MCA.
