Continuing our long-lasting relationship with the University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, MCA was honored to design a new freestanding medical facility for the communities in Cambridge, Maryland. The UM Shore Medical Campus at Cambridge is a two-story, 82,000 SF building with a 22-bed Emergency Department including psychiatric ED care, a six bed observation unit, laboratory services, imaging services, intensive outpatient behavioral health counseling, cardiac rehabilitation and patient infusion on the first floor. The second floor is comprised of outpatient services including phlebotomy, an ambulatory surgery center, diagnostic imaging, cardiac diagnostics, rehabilitation therapy, pediatrics, and a multi-specialty care suite.
