We are happy to welcome Tim Offutt to MCA!
Tim graduated with his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University in 2007. He returned to Maryland shortly after and has worked primarily in education and cultural work for the past 12 years. In 2014, he became licensed in the state of Maryland and has worked on projects all over the state ranging from single classroom renovations to multimillion-dollar buildings. Tim has a passion for educational architecture and works to create environments for learning by bringing new technology, ways to instruct students, and solid fundamental design skills to his work. His current focus is on achieving a WELL rating status, which is a green design standard focused on not only the efficiency of the building but on the wellbeing of the occupants. We are excited to have Tim on board and are enjoying seeing him contribute his skills to the MCA Team as we collaborate on pushing the envelope on creating meaningful and highly effective architectural design.
