Facility Condition Needs Index
After encountering two late spring blizzards, MCA architects recently returned from a six-week stay in Wyoming where they worked with the Facilities Engineering Associates (FEA) team on their statewide existing facilities assessment for all of Wyoming’s 545 K-12 public school buildings. The MCA team focused on providing full existing conditions assessments for 38 schools and administrative facilities for the Laramie 1 School System. The team utilized FEA’s proprietary FCNI (Facility Condition Needs Index) assessment system which was customized to meet the specific needs of the State of Wyoming School Facilities Department.
